On the evening of December 28th, all members of CIE Students' Committee of the Communist Youth League held the 2018 New Year Gala in the multimedia classroom of CIE. Working Committee Secretary Mz. Yin Boyan was the teacher invited to the party.

There were 14 shows in all. With beaming music sounded, the hosts staged and announced the party began. The Song of Cold Night given by Sun Yunji, a student from the Propaganda Department, and Guo Yanxue, a member of the Discipline Inspection Department unveiled the highly-expected evening with touching melodies and beautiful voices. Students from Practical Development Department brought an interesting Cylinder Dance - Tai Chi. Adapted series plays of Disney Princess performed by office of student union gained great popularity with the vivid plot and their expressive acting. Finally, students of Discipline Inspection Department sang the song We R Family which vividly depicting the members, but also demonstrated everyone's love to the team and their teammates.

The wonderful performance was also interspersed with the games - Happy Fax. Five students as a group, were required to pass on messages with gestures or actions only. Their tacit cooperation and skillful expression greatly amused the audience and themselves, pushing the evening party to its climax. In addition, this year's party also added a new session--- Tucao ( a way of disclosing one’s complaints or secrets). Students were encouraged to let out their negative emotion or complaints in the letters, which only to find the deeper love and trust at heart. 　　

In the end, the evening came to a close in the speech of Mz. Yin Boyan. "First of all, please allow me to extend sincere thanks to all the members of the CIE student council who have been actively preparing for this party. I also hope that in the new year, we can all do a better job in the CIE."

The New Year’s Gala not only brought a fantastic audio-visual feast for the students, but also brought many blessings to everyone. Wish the CIE Communist Youth League a brighter future in 2018.
