The 33rd Teachers’ Day comes in this golden September while the sweet fruits harvested in yard and wished sent to the beloved. At this lovely moment, CIE held a series of activities, serving as a stage for the students to extend sincere thanks to the devoted and dedicated teachers.　　

“Happy Teachers’ Day!”. On September 8th, the sincere and exciting wishes echoed in NO. 8 teaching building from the early morning till dusk. Flowers, cards and wishes were all manifestation of students’ love and gratitude to their teachers. The Bio-chemistry teacher Wang Qian was very happy as she received this piece of surprise from her students, “ Thank you so much. I feel so flattered. To share with you all that I know is merely my responsibility and duty while to learn well is your best wishes and respect to me.

All form teachers, class teachers and student counselors received cards and flowers of festivals. The words revels the love and gratitude of students to teachers who were deeply moved. Mr. Li Shaojun shared his feelings, “The flowers are beautiful, but the wishes between lines are the best gift of all.” Student Yang Zhirui said, “ we could tell how devoted our teachers are. We just would like to let them know our appreciation.”

“The Spring You Sprinkling is Our Nourishment of Soul!” This was what the banner of Teachers’ Day reads. Students of Youren College flooded to the site and joined the signing activity. Handing out booklet or cards, students were speaking out their gratitude to teachers in more than one way. In addition, CIE bought sets of postcards with campus scenery, for the students and encouraged them to send cards to their high school teachers or their favorite teacher far away. 

To spread the festival joy, CIE twittered the origin of Teachers’ Day on Wechat, QQ,SinaBlog and E-Class. Student counselor Yin Boyan said, “I am so delighted to see the students sending flowers and cards to their teachers. I hope the students will cherish the devotion of teachers and form good habit of learning. That is the another best gift to their teachers.”     

Freshman Yang Yang said, “ The cultural education of college further my understanding of gratitude to education and teachers. I feel lucky to have the chance to give my teachers in high school best wishes.”

China has been entitled a nation of courtesy. The respect to teachers and teaching is one of Chinese traditional virtues. At this lovely moment, the activities initiated and organized by students draw close the teachers and students. May all teachers a happy Teachers’ Day.
