Mock test of CET-6 for Y2016 CIE students was successfully held the other day. The test procedures and invigilation rules strictly follow those of real CET-6.
During the test, all examinee were well-disciplined and highly concentrated on answering questions.
To have the mock test bear more resemblance to the real, CIE made great efforts in the preparation job. The questions types, time allocation and the play duration of listening test were completely in accordance with those of the reformed CET-6. In addition, experienced English teachers from NWAFU Department of Foreign Languages were invited as examiners to graded the papers. The test was proved significant to the students. An Zhengyang, one of the candidates from Bio-technology Class 1602 said: “The test has me find out what improvement I should make before fully-prepared for the real test. I will be more goal-oriented and confident.”
CET-6 is a national compulsory test for all university students. The mock test organized by CIE aims at improving students’ abilities to tackle with test and enhancing CIE students’ learning disciplines. It is believed that the mock tests will greatly have the student more well-prepared for the CET-6 and more capable of reaching desirable grades.
