To respond to the call of Food Safety City of Yangling and familiarize the students with general knowledge of food safety and the significance of constructing food safety city, volunteers from Youren College held publicity campaign on the morning of Sep. 12th. Themed on NWAFUer Committing to the Construction of Food Safety City Yangling, the promo was expected to raise the students’ awareness and responsibility the local residents should have.

As one of national test fields of food safety city, Yangling has prided its residents with high index in strong social support, high recognition and effectiveness. As college student of new era, one should also shoulder his responsibility for national development. To sign the names on the banner means to vow to devote in the food safety city construction campaign. The volunteers explained to their peers the principle of constructing a food safety city and how the campaign was initiated and going and what college students are supposed to make contributions.  

This activity has furthered the students’ understanding of food safety and raised their awareness of being informed of current affairs, highly-engaged to social community activities and observed on people’s rights.
