On Aug 6th, college Sci-tech promotion service team composed by 11 students of our college went to Ankang to conduct the survey on status quo of aquaculture industry, under the leadership of A& F professor Ji Hong and director of Ankang research station base Mr. Liu. The team visited  ��Hanshui Ecological Agriculture Sci-tech Development co., LTD, Lianchuang Company and Yangguang Company.

The team communicated with the managers of all the companies, from whom they got much information about the cage culture of Yinghu, then sampled the water which was identified as high-quality water for cage culture. It was believed that, it would be a promising business of cage culture in Yinghu, as the philosophy of sustainable development and the promotion of cage-culture technique had been playing vital roles in the rapid development of this industry shown as the increase in production and varieties of breeds.

This visit strengthens students’ understanding of status quo of aquiculture in Ankang and the profound use of science and technology in economic development.
