To have the students get a clear picture of disciplines with broadened vision, CIE has been organizing 6 academic reports initiating from the 3rd week of new term, all given by the A&F experts.

The reports took place on Sundays and lasted one hour, at which all the mentors generally introduced the scientific research they had been engaged in. There were Q&A sections after each report, so that the students could consult the responsive mentors with the field of research and the labs being used. With the instruction and guide of the mentors, the students would make sensible option of the discipline they are working on in the future, with thorough consideration of their personal interest and advantages.

The annul academic reports has been praised as a stage by the mentors on which they could select student of excellence, as well as a platform on students’ part who are encouraged greatly to conduct experiment and research.
