On 11th May the Mother’s Day, CIE students Zhao Lijie, Chen Shuohua and Chen Hong sent their special gifts to the Shuai Jia Village where they have been working as assistants of village affairs office.

First, the students organized a handcraft activity at which the young children of the village were taught to make paper carnation. As soon as the handcraft made, the children rushed back home and sent their loving presents to their moms. Then, the students of CIE handed out the villagers the booklets on skills and techniques in growing kiwi fruit trees. This was the continuity of the expert lecture on 20th April, at which the villagers requested for the printed information.

It was an effective way to promote the significance of the day and a special way to show their love to their moms.
