In the burning hot summer, Y2015 CIE students kicked off their splendid and brand-new military training life. The freshmen are all in high spirit and experience the first lesson of the university with full heart.

On the night of August 31 at 7:30, the freshmen were in uniform and began to carry out training after meeting with instructors. Students quickly mastered “Attention” “At ease” and other instructions. On the next day, 98 freshmen gathered in front of Youren College. Under the guidance of instructors, counselors and form teachers’ assistants, they headed for the gymnasium on south campus for the NWAFU New Term Opening Ceremony and Freshmen Military Training Mobilization Meeting. Instructors were seriously commanding students; School counselors and assistant class teachers were taking great care of the students; Freshmen were strictly abiding by the orders. All of which ensured an orderly and safe parade. After reaching the auditorium, students took their seats by sequence. In the hall, students from Innovative and Experimental College were sitting upright which embodied their good quality and discipline sense. In the afterward training sessions, the students comprehended carefully and trained repeatedly to strive to make every movement skillful and gain unanimous approval of instructors.

Military training, as the very first lesson of entering into university, is a good practice of students’ willingness and team spirit. Students from Innovative and Experimental College strictly discipline themselves, follow directions and solidify coordination which laid a solid foundation for future learning and life.
