To promote the knowledge of psychological health among the undergraduate students, on 24th November, Youren College held the training class for Y2014 psychological liaison in the college multi-media classroom. This practice was expected to enhance the students understanding of psychological problems. The students instructor Zhang Nan of A&F Plant Protection College was invited to give the lecture to the Y2014 class psychological liaisons and dorm heads.   

On the training class, Ms. Zhang familiarized the students with the concepts and manifestation of psychological problems and the solutions as well. She also introduced the methods of identifying psychological problems and the appointment making for psychological counseling. With illustrative cases, she explained to the students the common sense of psychology and advocated them to warm the world of the students in need. To be caring for their classmates, be observative to the slight change of their classmates’ inner world, and be responsible to report to the counselors. In the atmosphere of harmony, the interaction between the instructor and the listeners were lively and active. 

It is a training project of three sessions organized for Food Science and Engineering College, Enology College and CIE. The students of CIE benefited greatly from this lecture, learning more about the psychological health and the identification of the manifestation of the psychological problems. In addition, this lecture grounded the system of psychological crisis intervention.
