CIE 5th dormitory decoration design My Dormitory, My Home was successfully held few days ago. This activity aimed at creating positive climate to promote the dormitory culture of Youren College.

The one-month design competition was launched at the beginning of this term. Counselors of all year group encouraged their students to highly engage in this activity and to bring their creativity and imagination into full play. In the two sessions of competition, presentation and voting, the interpreter of each dormitory introduced their design philosophy and style and showed their and enthusiasm of life. At last, room 17#307 whose decoration themed on Warm and Sweet and room 16#212 on Full House took the top two prizes. The winner dormitory stood out of the entries for their delicate decoration and connotation of harmony and friendship in design.

The competition was a student-dominated activity in which the uprightness, diligence, modesty of CIE students were manifested. In addition, it stimulates the construction of Five-star Dormitory and promotes the friendship between roommates.
