To further develop the sense of social responsibility of CIE students, our college organized the visit to Yanglinf welfare house on 15th November. The students showed and practiced their spirit of devotion in this activity. 

In the welfare house, the volunteers in no time devoted to the work. The girls did the cleaning for the elders and talked with them, while the boys worked on planting trees. Last, they sent their gifts bought with the charity money to the elders and little children of the welfare house.

Their devotion to the old and young was like rays of sunshine that brightened their house and life. The young trees are to be loyal companions to the lonely elders and the gifts are to help them out in lean times.  

This activity not only strengthened the sense of gratitude of CIE students, but also profoundly developed their sense of social responsibility.
