On March 11th, our college held the first plenary session of student union and Youth League Working Committee in N3204 classroom. Vice secretary of Youth League Working Committee of our college, Kai Zhang was present and served as host. College student instructor Wenjuan Kai, along with all student union members, monitors and secretaries of Communist Youth League branch attended the meeting. 

    The meeting started with the introduction to recruitment and selection of volunteer for International Horticulture Expo, in which secretaries of Communist Youth League branch detailed the written examination and interview as well. Monitors and secretaries of Communist Youth League branch from each class were required to inform the massage precisely to every single student for full preparation. 

    Then, vice secretaries and cochairmen generalized the business they were in charge of last semester and stated the working plan and schedule of this semester. Jie Zhang, Shengdao Li, Sen Meng, Wei Chen and Long Zhang reported work their departments presided and mapped out the new work in this semester. 

    Last, chairperson of student union Yuanheng Meng, on behalf of the union, summarized accomplishment and shortcomings in the work of last semester. He pointed out that  members of each department were supposed to offer good service to students, in terms of devotion and earnest. Meanwhile, communication with presidium of student union should be enhanced for the implementation of work and greater accomplishment.
