| On Feb 24th, 25th and 28th, our college held series of symposiums to instruct the ideological trend of freshmen, sophomore and juniors. College instructors and students delegates of each grade, approximately 60 people were present.
At the symposium, students present voiced their views on their experience in vocation, big issues in and abroad, major-based selection and their college study and life.
The symposiums offered opportunities for college leaders and teachers to further understand students, which also was a stage on which the active and positive spirit of student were demonstrated. Goal-oriented and with high sense of social responsibility, they are enthusiastic in political affairs, concerned with the development of our country, our university and our college. Meanwhile, the issues students are concerned about varies with their grade. Specifically, freshmen focus on the selection of discipline while sophomore tend to keep their eyes on major-based selection and supervisor selection, and junior students are busy with exploring the best way in research-based study. All the students had scheduled their study strategically.
Generally spaeking, the symposiums function profoundly in understanding the demand of students in their development, enabling the work of students affairs more targeted and practical and leading students to more befitting direction for their college study.
