| | On the morning of May 17th , Wang Jingmin, Professor from Science College, is giving a class of Advanced Mathematics ��- Differential Equation Model and Its Application in multi-media classroom of our college. In class, both multimedia machine and blackboard-writing are introduced as teaching aids. The students of our college majoring in Planting Science are lectured.
In the two-hour teaching, Professor Wang provides typical exercises and askes students to analyze and work them out on their own. Then he ends with offering reference explanation and comments on students’ performance. Students actively participates in class activities, represented by Xueya Xin, Chen Sheng and many other students demonstrating exact approach to the exercises on the blackboard. Professor Wang also inspired students to solve the problems in examples with different methods, so as to find more solutions and better results.
The implement of open teaching mode not only enables students to acquire more knowledge in limited period of time, but also improves teaching efficiency and mobilizes the active participation of students. Meanwhile, this new teaching mode benefits the students by enhancing their understanding and using of specific knowledge.
